It only takes a matter of minutes to get an account created and enter the data to manage your campaigns. A member of our team will contact you requesting just a few pieces of information, such as generic sender email address and reply email address.

2) How long does it take to set up an email campaign?

Not long at all, sometimes minutes. When reusing a template, EmailResult can resend your email campaign to a new data group in just a matter of minutes. Even if the email is yet to be decided, preparing the email creative won't take long.

3) How do you receive the data for the campaign?

The campaign data needs to be sent to us as a CSV document or an Excel document. We will supply you with a sample data file to that you will be aware of the file structure.

4) Is there a limit to how many contact names?

No, EmailResult can manage an unlimited number of address books (data files) on your behalf.

5) How do recipients unsubscribe?

It's simple. Every marketing email we send for our clients includes an unsubscribe link. Recipients can simply click on this link and unsubscribe from the pages that follow. As an extra fail safe, users that unsubscribe are immediately flagged and the mailing status is changed, meaning that you (and EmailResult) will never fall fail of the Data Protection laws.

6) Can I personalise the subject line?

Yes you can, of course this is in addition to personalisation included within the email itself.
